About Shipping and Product Delivery
Your orders are shipped via DHL Cargo. A shipping fee of 125 TL is charged for orders up to 1350 TL. For orders of 1350 TL and above, the shipping fee is covered by us.
Your products are prepared in gift packaging and protected. The product delivery date varies between 1 to 3 business days depending on your location.
About Payment Methods
You can make your purchases via credit card or bank transfer. Installment options of up to 9 months are available for credit cards. You can make your payments with many bank cards under the assurance of PayU.
We kindly ask customers paying by bank transfer to deposit the money taking into account the bank account information sent after order confirmation.

Product Return
You can return the product you purchased on our website after delivery. The legal period specified for product returns is 14 days; however, as a Panter Kırtasiye customer, you can return or exchange your product purchased from our website within 1 month from the delivery date with your invoice, provided that it has not lost its resaleability.
Exchange
If you wish to exchange your product that complies with the return conditions, you can send it to our store via cargo along with the waybill and original invoice.
